These are some of the friendliest people to work with that create an environment that draws you to want to go to work in the morning and work on cool projects, such as streaming video apps. The company does plan to relocate closer to LAX. Not an easy company to get into. They give everyone a thorough Java problem solving exercise before the interview. You should have significant experience (3 to 6 years) developing components of a web based java application. You should be well versed with servlets, DAOs and other design aspects of multi-tiered web based applications. A basic working knowledge of DHTML, CSS and JavaScript to create AJAX oriented websites is helpful. Familiarity with Hibernate, Spring or EJBs is a big plus. Experience with streaming media formats and applications is highly desirable. This position requires strong Java and object oriented design skills. BS in Computer Science or a related field.
