Home » Search Jobs » Job Details Jobs Bill Marek, Manager-Estimating- Name: Bill Marek ADVERTISEMENT ADVERTISEMENT Company: A Top Commercial Landscaping F Address: Commercial Row, Homestead,FL  33031 US Email: Email Company Telephone: 407-541-7816  Job title: Manager-Estimating- Job description:         ADVERTISEMENT ADVERTISEMENT LANDSCAPE ESTIMATING MANAGER- South Florida- Miami Area Salary- About $37,000.00 to $40,000.00 DESCRIPTION: -Review available bid notification resources for new prospects -Send e-mail notices to Sales Team and Estimating Team regarding pre-bid, bid, and other important deadlines ---Assign projects to individual estimators -Call clients requesting 'landscape only" bids to inquire if irrigation estimates may actually be required -Oversee and coordinate estimating team; assign estimator to landscape projects -In charge of irrigation estimating; act as backup for irrigation bid review -Provide support at all levels and for all Estimating Team members -Receive, compile, and review addenda; enter addendum information in bid Module; update bid due dates in schedules; ensure appropriate Estimator receives copies of all addenda -Estimate prime and FDOT landscape projects; backup landscape estimators on sub projects, as needed -Coordinate pre-bid meetings and make sales calls as time allows -Coordinate with individual salespersons on each project estimated -Analytical of bid results: Bid results-Comparison by item Communication with contractor, if applicable-Conclusion on bid results (ex what can we do for next similar bid) -Create project folders for assignment of estimators -Compile and maintain a data base for environmental mitigation estimating (lake management, wetland mitigation, etc.) THREE PLUS YEARS EXPERIENCE- DEGREE PREFERRED- SPANISH A PLUS- MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Contact/Send Resume: Desired salary range: 37000 - 40000 USD  Email Job to Yourself or Refer This Job » Contact Company »
