This position involves close interaction with development leads, product architects, and key customers. <BR><BR>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>• Requirements gathering from new and existing clients as well as recent evaluators<BR>• Conduct technology assessment<BR>• Monitor implementation of each product project<BR>• Analyze the competitive landscape<BR>• Maintain the product portfolio roadmap<BR>• Monitor and incorporate industry innovations<BR>• Define user personas for individual products<BR>• Write product requirements and use scenarios<BR>• Maintain Agile product backlogs<BR>• Adhere to company policies as defined<BR>• Accept and complete assignment with open, cooperative, positive, and team oriented attitudes<BR>• Actively participate in team meetings and 1 on 1 communications<BR>• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable products and services as they evolve<BR>• Increase knowledge through internal resources, supervisors, fellow employee’s, company trainings, and trade publications<BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS: <BR>• BA or BS in Computer Science or related field, MBA preferred. <BR>• At least 5-7 years direct experience in software product management execution and success <BR>• Experience working in an agile development environment (agile/SCRUM methodologies)<BR>• Certified Product Owner is a benefit, but not required<BR>• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties<BR>• Experience focusing on customer success and end-user product initiatives<BR>• Strong technical background is required as shown through experience in a high tech work environment with software development, QA, and architecture teams<BR>• Excellent verbal, written, visual communication skills; thorough reading comprehension<BR>• Proactive troubleshooting, listening and problem solving skills<BR>• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and logical thinking<BR>• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines<BR>• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, highly dynamic business environment<BR><BR>COMPENSATION: <BR>Competitive compensation package including an attractive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
