MAIN FOCUS OF THIS POSITION:
To achieve maximum profitability of the branch; motivating, developing, and expanding an existing sales team in the NYC marketplace.

INCLUDED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure achievement of branch sales and profitability objectives.
Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate and manage members of established sales team
Understand each employee’s strengths and weaknesses with recommendations to develop these areas of performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team and implement changes.
Aggressively stimulate, review and monitor all business activity for the branch to ensure achievement of activity goals.
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue streams.
In the field daily with sales representatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years successful sales and management experience
Minimum of 3 years in the business equipment industry - Copier/Printer/MFP
Previous successful experience as a sales manager with at least 2 reports
Highly dynamic & proactive personality is a MUST
Verbal and written skills must be exemplary
Image must be well groomed and professional, daily dress code is business
Stable job history - No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years without specific acceptable reasoning
