They are a premiere design-build project management company that focuses on commercial tenant improvement projects within Vancouver and Lower Mainland. They are a diverse group of dedicated professionals, who are passionate for making a difference within a fun and family-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will possess: • A minimum of three (3) years of Tenant Improvement work experience • Proven leadership experience and the ability to guide and manage the project team and business partners • Ability to review project plans, specifications and overall design intent to convey understanding to the team • Project scheduling is a requirement with the desired ability to identify cost and time savings and resolve any construction issues • Experience with preparing and updating project budgets, forecasting and managing subcontractor costs to meet or exceed target profitability • Experience with project management software, including project billings, receivables, signoffs, monthly progress draws and client invoices • A background in Architecture • Ability to work well with all levels within the construction, real estate, architecture and design communities • Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen and relevant education • Proficiency in Sage Timberline software and Microsoft Project is a desired asset.
