Classification: Full Time
Compensation: $65000 to $80000 per year
Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic and growing mid sized company south of Providence to help them find their next Senior Financial Analyst. This is a key role in the Finance team that will lead to future growth with the company. Right now client has recognized 20% growth year after and is continuing to grow. This position will require that candidates have a Bachelors Degree in Finance along with a MBA in Finance with 5+ years of analysis and modeling work. This role will have responsibilities including:
# Develop complex and detailed financial models for various financial structures to evaluate cash flows and investment returns and operation performance of projects
# Evaluate investment quality of development projects
.-Develop complex and detailed EXCEL financial models
# Financial analysis, NPV, IRR, cash flow projections, and partnership distributions at asset and fund levels
# -Compare actual costs vs. budget costs

Job Requirements
BS in Finance
MBA in Finance highly preferred
5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
Advanced modeling skills
Advance excel skills
