Banner advertisements are displayed on a rotation basis and each paying banner will be displayed approximately 10% of the time. To have the banner displayed 10% of the time, rotations are done by computer based on a random seed.
WDP does not guarantee the availability of the service or of the web site.
Banner advertisements may not be changed after the order has been submitted. They may be removed after giving WDP up to 7 days' notice. Therefore, please ensure the supplied URLs of
the banner and of the page to link to are correct.
It is the advertiser's responsiblity (and specifically not that of WDP) to give the correct
location to the correct banner and the correct location of the page to link to, and to
maintain that page.
Orders are considered final and there are no refunds, except that WDP reserves the right
to refuse any advertisement or terminate any advertisement at any time and refund (or not
charge) any fees paid.
WDP reserves the right to change this policy and advertisers are given 30 days to comply with any changes posted here.
The advertiser will be billed in Canadian or US dollars. Quoted exchange rates are approximate
and advertisers are advised to verify the current exchange rate.
WDP is not responsible for the security of your credit card; therefore, you are advised
to use the secure server option while paying (and specifically not the standard server).
WDP cannot be and will not be held responsible for any damages, real or otherwise,
caused by the placement or failure to place of any advertisement.
The advertiser (and specifically not WDP) agrees to be held responsible for the advertisement.
You agree that you are in a position to allow WDP to display the referenced banner and link
to the referenced site, and to copy over the banner to serve on our server(s), at our
discretion.
WDP reserves the right to charge, at our discretion, a $45 CDN or $30 US handling fee
(or up the maximum amount allowable by law, whichever is less) for returned items caused by
unsuccessful payments (e.g. incorrect credit card numbers, returned cheques).
