We are hiring a Distribution Project Manager for our Columbus, OH facility. The Distribution Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing and stabilizing the total HSP Distribution Network process improvements. This includes but not limited to space and inventory optimizations, contributing to the improvement of service levels, and driving consistent standards across all the Distribution Center sites to drive productivity and bottom line results. Job Duties:

• Lead distribution projects related to operational strategy, planning and execution that will support to execute best in class supply chain model for HSP Americas.
• Develop, improve, control, monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate each DC performance.
• Develop and execute process improvement plans for the DC sites that will drive operational excellence in the Distribution operations.
• Drive process standardization and improvements amongst all DC sites in regards to safety, inventory control, quality, material flow, transaction management and efficiencies.
• Identify inventory optimization opportunities across distribution centers in the Americas
• Support DC Network footprint rationalization strategy.
• Understand end-to-end HSP supply chain and execution processes, analyze root cause of DC operational issues to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as liaison between SIOP and HSP Logistics to facilitate major process enhancements related to inventory management (IOS).
• Act as liaison between Strategic Marketing and Distribution for SKU rationalization projects.
• Publish DC Network MORs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of experience in a Distribution/Warehousing operations role.

Additional Qualifications:

• MBA is a plus.
• Significant experience in project management.
• Workflow design/process mapping capability.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to meet project deadlines.
• Flexible, organized, team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to: lean manufacturing and 6 sigma.
