We need to add at least one or two inside sales people every month for the next 12-18 months in order to keep up with this growth. We are also looking to “grow” another Team Leader and a Sales Manager from within. Newly hired inside Telesales Professionals for the fourth quarter of 2011 and the first quarter of 2012 will be considered later in the year for these two management openings which will occur mid-year. We are now seeking Inside Tele Sales Professionals in Richmond, VA. You would be working 100% from our office in Southside Richmond. We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic (although you never have to work evenings or week-ends!) Applicant must also possess great people skills, be a team player and have a successful phone sales background. We would prefer that applicants would be interested in qualifying for a management position in 2012 as well. We promote from within. We have a strong preference for applicants with outbound B2B phone sales experience. If you have sold any kind of business services, such as telephone services, Internet provider services, merchant services of any kind… that would be a SUPER plus for you! We provide you with unlimited leads to call, at no cost to you, of course. Compensation will include $400-$720/wk. base pay (for 40 hour weeks.) for a possible $42,000 or more your first year. You can even earn merit raises on your base pay every quarter! Second year earnings should top $65K or more. You will be paid a weekly salary plus weekly commissions and monthly bonuses. You get paid a weekly salary plus weekly commissions on sales weekly and monthly bonuses based on monthly production. Super Quarterly incentives are always offered, as well as your regular pay. B2B Phone sales to leads which are provided free to you. You also get to work strictly from our office in Southside Richmond. Work every day in business casual attire. No outside sales involved. Sick pay and vacation pay can be earned quickly. You can take of one week of vacation every six months. Full training provided. Medical benefits program in place, also.
