Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager Sales Professional to sell free advertising and marketing programs, meet and exceed established sales goals and manage an account list of local businesses. The highly rewarded Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and operating a profitable sales territory through in-person calls, correspondence, and telephone contact.
To be successful it is essential to be someone that can skillfully gain business and increase existing business.

About You:

• Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas by growing account base.
• Responsible for initiating outside sales/cold calls to prospects.
• In order to be successful you must be able to make a tremendous amount of phone calls and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
• The role involves selling yourself, selling your clients on your service and on the excellent benefit Tenant Choice provides to both the tenant and landlord.
• Create new business by identifying and qualifying new accounts.
• Maintain and develop good customer relationships.
• Educate prospective customers of the advantages of doing business with Tenant Choice
• Strong time management and "multi-tasking" skills.
• Excellent phone and written skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention
• Build and foster meaningful business relationships, and internal partnerships, based upon an account management team model.
• Self-motivation and self-discipline to work out of your home without direct supervision or micro-management.
• Quiet home office location; Hi-speed Internet & phone access, Home computer and experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Ability and flexibility to work in a lucrative 100% Commission Only Environment/ Weekly Pay.
No experience is necessary for this role, but a drive to succeed is required for this role or if you have experience in outside, direct sales experience with a track record of closing sales, you are a good candidate as well. In addition, if you have inside sales or account management/business development experience with a proven record of closing sales, we want to talk to you.
