Position is based on-site at a major CPG food manufacturer client in the CLEVELAND, OH area (no relocation assistance). Base salary range is $77-110K plus bonus and benefits. DESCRIPTION: Work on-site at CPG food manufacturer client. Deliver contracted analytical services to client's Consumer Insights, Brand and Shopper Marketing teams. Provide information, insights and recommendations to help the client solve business issues and make informed business decisions. Develop analysis (including advanced scanning, consumer panel data and Spectra) to support client's strategic and tactical initiatives. Develop ongoing relationships within the client organization. Prepare and deliver presentations with analytical content. Conduct training with new client associates. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years CPG industry experience; Must have hands-on experience with Nielsen or IRI scan/consumer panel data and associated tools; Client relationship skills; Team and leadership skills; Consumer marketing and market research experience; Problem solving skills; Strong communication skills.
