Responsible for Elevator Supply sales in the NYC/Long Island market with the eventual goal of an assignment that reaches $5MM in sales and $850K in gross profit. Target customers include Elevator Maintenance and Service companies, as well as Elevator Manufacturers. . This position will target new customers to develop them into a sustainable account package.

Job Responsibilities:
• Determine the supplies needed to sell to the Elevator Market.
• Meet and exceed the sales objectives of the assignment and the branch.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Respond to service issues and coordinate specific customer requirements with the distribution center and vendors.
• Communicate to customers company’s policies and programs relating to pricing, financing, etc. in support of the sales objectives.

Qualifications:
• Prior Elevator Industry Experience
• A two or four year college degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on verbal communication.
• Planning and organizational skills
• A self-starter with the self-discipline to manage their own activity with out supervision
• Experience with inside and outside sales

Compensation:
Salesperson will be on Salary until the assignment is sustainable (upon management review).
