Prospecting for clients through networking and referrals
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Providing financial solutions for clients through fact gathering and needs analyses
Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with other team members
High value, high integrity with a commitment to personal development and accountability
Strong interpersonal skills and client service focus
Market development/networking abilities
Presentation and organization skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong critical thinking and communication
Natural market in the Greater Chesapeake Area
BA or BS degree from a four-year college or university; or relevant sales experience preferred
Life & Health Insurance License is a plus
FINRA Series 6 or FINRA Series 7 license is a plus
Reimbursement for courses taken on industry designations
Results-driven compensation, with the potential to earn on average $80-$115k/year in your first year with the firm, as well as access to access to a competitive benefits package including medical and dental, life and disability insurance, and a retirement plan are available for qualified Financial Services Professionals. First year scholarships available for qualified candidates.
